ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the significant impact the use of cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) The subject matter of Learning Outcomes on Democracy Class VIII Private Junior Odd Semester TP TD Pardede Fondation 2014/2015

This study is a quasi-experimental study. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Private Odd Semester TP TD Pardede Fondation 2014/2015 consisting of two (2) classes. The study sample consisted of two classes (number of samples) is a class VIII-1 as an experimental class taught using Cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) and VIII-2 as a control class taught using Direct learning model, each class consists of 25 students. The instrument used to determine student learning outcomes is the achievement test in the form of 20 multiple choice questions which consists of five options, the instrument has ujicobakan to students outside of the sample to determine the validity, reliability, distinguishing features and level of difficulty about.

Abstract

                Many factors contributed to the learning process is not much changed, among others, the paradigm of faculty and students about learning, teaching culture and the ability of lecturers, student learning styles, curriculum, availability and completeness of sources and tools that still puts student learning as the object of education is complete and perfect that the learning process is still running in place. For a more detailed understanding needs to be viewed in jelly on aspects of a learning system.

Abstract

This study aims to find a significant relationship with the classroom teacher's skills to manage learning outcomes Civics class VIII Semester Vocational TD Pardede Fodation Terrain TP 2013/2014 of 30 people with a total sampling. For variable data capture skills of teachers manage the class (X) researchers used questionnaires and to learn the outcome variable (Y) is taken from the list set value (DKN). Before the correlation test first tested for normality and linearity test as data analysis requirements. The results of the data analysis requirements of normality normal distribution classroom management skills with the formula X²_hitung <X²_tabel (6.093 <7.815. Based on the results obtained by analysis of the correlation coefficient was r = 0.571, by consulting the values obtained against rtabel value where value rtabel to a significant level 0, 05 the number of n = 30, ie 0,361. Since r _count> r _table = 0.571> 0.361 then it shows no relationship skills of teachers manage the classroom with student learning outcomes. to see if the relationship is significant, it used the t test. From the results obtained by t test t = 4.62 at the 0.05 significance level with the amount of N = 30 and obtained t _table = 1.70. For t> t _table = 4.62> 1.70 Then it can be stated that the hypothesis that there is a relationship which significantly between the skills of teachers manage the classroom with learning outcomes Civics Semester eighth grade students in vocational TD Pardede Fodation Medan TP 2013/2014, can be accepted.

            Kata kunci : Keterampilan guru mengelola Kelas, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

The distribution line program with medium voltage 20 KiloVolt and low voltage 380/22o volt  in a Village like Sosornapa where the Village have not yet Electricity. So we will make a program a distribution lines with medium Voltage 20 Kilo Voltas a primer distrbutin and low voltage 380/380 volt as a secunder distributin so that the people which living on Sosornapa Village can have electricity for Developing them self.

Abstract

Generally the induction motor can be started by connecting the motor directly to the voltage source or by soft starting with regulator voltage to decrease the starting current. There are several methods of starting by regulating the input voltage with primary resistance starter or by autotransformer starter to avoid the higher current. The starting method is operating manually or magnetically. To have the starting electronically we need a power electronic apparatus which operate to regulate voltage.        The voltage regulator can be done by giving trigger signal using silicon control rectifier (SCR)

ABSTRACT

The surgery process after operation will generate the respon of pain and worry. The patient post operate 42,2% of them experiencing of pain in medium level and 57,8% experiencing of dread. Nurse’s role are very important to overcome the patient’s dread so that the pain that appear can be minimized by doing the comprehensive Nursing Caring to avoid the pain and the dread. Overcoming pain problem need skilled of nurse. In giving treatment intervention, nurse focussed of degradation of pain and dread. This Research target to know the relation of pain between the dread of patient post operate. Research type used is analytic observation. Population in this research is the patient post operate for that is 45 people, and the sample is all of population become the sampel ( total sampling) that is 45 people.
