ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the significant impact the use of cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) The subject matter of Learning Outcomes on Democracy Class VIII Private Junior Odd Semester TP TD Pardede Fondation 2014/2015
This study is a quasi-experimental study. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Private Odd Semester TP TD Pardede Fondation 2014/2015 consisting of two (2) classes. The study sample consisted of two classes (number of samples) is a class VIII-1 as an experimental class taught using Cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) and VIII-2 as a control class taught using Direct learning model, each class consists of 25 students. The instrument used to determine student learning outcomes is the achievement test in the form of 20 multiple choice questions which consists of five options, the instrument has ujicobakan to students outside of the sample to determine the validity, reliability, distinguishing features and level of difficulty about.

Abstract

                Many factors contributed to the learning process is not much changed, among others, the paradigm of faculty and students about learning, teaching culture and the ability of lecturers, student learning styles, curriculum, availability and completeness of sources and tools that still puts student learning as the object of education is complete and perfect that the learning process is still running in place. For a more detailed understanding needs to be viewed in jelly on aspects of a learning system.
