Abstract
This study aims to find a significant relationship
with the classroom teacher's skills to manage learning outcomes Civics class
VIII Semester Vocational TD Pardede Fodation Terrain TP 2013/2014 of 30 people
with a total sampling. For variable data capture skills of teachers manage the
class (X) researchers used questionnaires and to learn the outcome variable (Y)
is taken from the list set
value (DKN).
Before the correlation test first tested for normality and linearity test as
data analysis requirements. The results of the data analysis requirements of
normality normal distribution classroom management skills with the formula X2hitung
<X2tabel (6.093 <7.815. Based on the results
obtained by analysis of the correlation coefficient was r = 0.571, by
consulting the values obtained against rtabel value where value rtabel to a
significant level 0, 05 the number of n = 30, ie 0,361. Since r count>
r table = 0.571> 0.361 then it shows no relationship skills of
teachers manage the classroom with student learning outcomes. to see if the
relationship is significant, it used the t test. From the results obtained by t
test t = 4.62 at the 0.05 significance level with the amount of N = 30 and
obtained t table = 1.70. For t> t table = 4.62>
1.70 Then it can be stated that the hypothesis that there is a relationship
which significantly between the skills of teachers manage the classroom with
learning outcomes Civics Semester eighth grade students in vocational TD
Pardede Fodation Medan TP 2013/2014, can be accepted.
